Short answers to the most common questions.
How do I place a bid?
Open a lot, check the countdown and enter an amount above the current bid. You are the highest bidder until someone bids more.
How do I sell an item?
With a seller account, go to Profile → Sell an item, add up to 15 photos, a category, a start price and a running time.
Where are my favorites and alerts?
Both are in your profile: Favorites for saved lots, Alerts for new bids, lots ending and new lots.
How do I get paid?
Sellers add their payout details under Profile → Get paid, and settle with the winning bidder after the lot ends.
How do I message the seller?
Open the lot and scroll to “Ask the seller”. Write your question in the message field and the seller answers you there. Only you and the seller can read that conversation.
Where do I find my conversations?
Buyers see every chat under Profile → Buying activity. Sellers see all buyer questions per item under Profile → Manage lots → Chat buyers.
Can we talk on WhatsApp?
Yes. If a WhatsApp number is saved in the profile, a WhatsApp button appears on the lot page and next to interested buyers in Manage lots.
