Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all use of InduSpares.app, operated by LXRYA LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

InduSpares.app is a marketplace. Purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between buyer and seller. We are not a party to these contracts and do not own the listed goods.

Users must provide truthful information and keep their login confidential. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

A bid is a binding offer. When an auction ends, the highest valid bid wins and a contract is concluded with the seller. Bids cannot be withdrawn.

For direct sales, a contract is concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's offer or the buyer accepts the fixed price.

Sellers must describe items accurately, hold the right to sell them and comply with applicable laws. Prohibited or illegal goods may not be listed.

Seller plans, listing fees and advertising fees are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the paid period.

Payment, pick-up and shipping of goods are agreed directly between buyer and seller.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. We are not liable for the quality of goods or the conduct of users.

The platform is intended primarily for business users. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
